李玉 院士

李玉,中科院理学硕士,日本筑波大学农学博士。中国工程院院士,俄罗斯科学院外籍院士,获得国务院政府特殊津贴。国际药用菌学会主席,中国菌物学会名誉理事长,中国食用菌协会名誉会长,吉林农业大学原校长、教授、博士生导师,国家级有突出贡献的中青年科技(管理)专家、全国优秀教育工作者和科技工作者、国家教学名师,国家食用菌产业技术体系岗位科学家兼育种室主任,食药用菌教育部工程研究中心首席科学家。11

 

Li Yu, graduated from Chinese Academy of Sciences with a master degree, and got his doctor degree in agriculture from Tsukuba University in Japan. He is an academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering and a foreignacademician of the Russian Academy of sciences, he was granted special government allowance by the State Council. He is the president of international society of medicinal fungi, and a honorary president of China Society of mycology, a honorary president of China Association of edible fungi, the former president of Jilin Agricultural University, now a professor and doctoral supervisor .the national Technology (Management) experts with outstanding contributions, national excellent educators, the director of breeding Office of national edible fungus technology system , the chief scientist of edible and medicinal fungi of engineering research center in Ministry of education.

 

刘自强 食用菌分会秘书长

刘自强,现任中国食品土畜进出口商会食用菌分会秘书长。国际药用菌学会秘书长、国家食药用菌产业技术创新战略联盟秘书长、国家黑木耳产业技术创新战略联盟首席顾问、《食药用菌》杂志编委会副主任。

Liu Ziqiang, the Secretary General of edible fungus branch of China Chamber of Commerce of I/E of foodstuffs, Native Produce and Animal By-products(CFNA). The Secretary General of international society of medicinal fungi, and Secretary General of national technological innovation strategic alliance of edible and medicinal fungi, chief consultant of national technological innovation strategic alliance of black fungi industry, and deputy director of editorial board of edible and medicinal fungi magazine.

 

 

 

李长田 教授

李长田博士,食药用菌教育部工程研究中心教授。1998年毕业于吉林农业大学植物病理专业获农学硕士学位。1999-2003年赴韩国,2003年8月获发酵工程专业博士学位。十多年来致力于食用菌栽培及工厂化研究开发和食用菌活性功能研究和教学,系统研发出食用菌工厂化生产技术。

Dr. Li Changtian, the professor of the engineering research center of edible and medicinal fungi of the Ministry of education. He graduated from Jilin Agricultural University with a bachelor's degree in 1995; and got a master's degree in plant pathology from Jilin Agricultural University in 1998. he studied in South Korea from 1999-2003 and obtained a Ph.D. degree in fermentation engineering in August 2003. For more than ten years, he committed to the research and development of cultivation and industrial of edible fungi, the research and teaching of the active function of edible fungi, and systematically developed the production technology of edible fungi.

 

 

崔 春 教授

崔春,2005年9月毕业于华南理工大学食品科学与工程专业,获工学博士学位。现兼任中国科学院过程工程研究所兼职研究员,并担任 Nutrition Research、Food Chemistry、LWT-Food Science and Technology、Journal of Molecular Catalysis B: Enzymatic等多个杂志的审稿人,国家自然科学基金、国家出版基金和广东省科技计划项目评审专家。

Cui Chun, a part-time researcher of the Institute of process engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,he graduated from South China University of technology with a PhD degree in food science and engineering in 2005. he is also a reviewer of many magazines such as nutrition research, food chemistry, LWT food science and technology, Journal of molecular catalyst B: enzymatic. a review expert of National Natural Science Foundation, national publishing fund and Guangdong science and technology program.

 

 

胡庆喜 教授

胡庆喜,2006年获华南理工大学制浆造纸工程专业硕士学位,现任华南理工大学造纸与污染控制国家工程研究中心轻工机械高级工程师,从事轻工造纸装备技术的研究、设计及开发工作,主要包括中、高浓磨浆成套技术及装备,高效、清洁漂白成套技术及装备,中高浓浆料输送装备的研究和开发。

Hu Qingxi, the senior engineer in paper making and pollution control in the National Engineering Research Center of South China University of technology.he got the master's degree in pulp and paper engineering from South China University of technology in 2006. He is engaged in the research, design and development of light industry and paper-making equipment technology, mainly including R&D of medium and high concentration refining technology and equipment, high efficient and clean bleaching technology and equipment, medium and high consistency pulp conveying equipment.

 

 

 

洪进雄 教授

洪进雄,台湾大学园艺学博士。台湾嘉义大学园艺系教授(现职),曾任海峡两岸农业交流学会理事,台湾农业合作社联合社顾问,嘉义县杰出农民协会顾问,台湾真菌协会监事,台湾环境有机应用协会理事。

Hong Jinxiong, The professor of the Department of horticulture in Chiayi University in Taiwan. He graduated from Taiwan University with a doctor degree in the major of horticulture. He is the former director of the cross strait agricultural exchange society,now the consultant of the Taiwan Agricultural Cooperative Association, the consultant of the outstanding farmers association in Jiayi County, the supervisor of the Taiwan Fungus Association, and the director of the Taiwan Environmental Organic Application Association.

 

 

 

木村荣一

木村荣一,现任kinokkusu 常务取缔役。获得2006年日本食用菌学会《滑菇高速栽培技术及菌株维持技术的开发》技术奖,2009 年农水省・农林水产先端技术协会 《滑菇周年栽培技术及菌株维持技术的开发》农林水产大臣奖。

Eiichi Kimura, the executive of kinokkusu in Japan. In 2006, he won the technical award of "development of high-speed cultivation technology and strain maintenance technology" issued by edible fungus society in Japan. he was also granted the minister award of agriculture for the "development of annual cultivation technology and strain maintenance technology of shiitake",which is issued by Japanese Advanced Technology Association of agriculture, forestry and aquaculture in 2009.
